News of Note
Become a
part of the Senior Choir's extended
family!
Many people think
the only way to be involved with the
Senior Choir's life and work at BMPC is
to become a singing member of the group,
and this is simply not true. The
reality is that there are countless
other ways to get involved. We
offer many opportunities for members of
the congregation to become part of the
choir's extended family and share
in special relationships with each other
and with the congregation at large.
We need you and invite you to assist us
with a host of non-singing choir
activities. Could you help set up
and take down the risers before and
after a concert? Would you be
willing to sell tickets on the Sunday
mornings approaching a concert?
Could you help the music librarian from
time to time in distributing and/or
filing music? Would you like to
organize a party? Could you assist
Stephanie in the Fine Arts Office with
administrative tasks leading up to a
concert? Serve as a concert usher?
Help with a reception? Or maybe
even be the Concert Manager? If
you're a lover of doughnuts and would
enjoy the fellowship of choir members
between services, there is even an
opening for "Doughnut Czar." The
opportunities are varied and flexible
and appeal to a variety of abilities and
gifts. Please consider joining us.
To become part of the family, or just to
find out more about it, please contact
Peggy Gregg at 610-688-1437 or
