Handbells

The handbell program of BMPC consists of three ensembles for children and youth, which are divided based on ability level. The minimum grade level for participation in BMPC's handbell program is grade 3.

Level 1, for beginner players, meets Thursdays from 5:15-6:00, and is directed by Sandra Thompson.
Level 2, for intermediated players, meets Thursdays from 5:15-6:15, and is directed by Sandy Martin.
Level 3, for advanced players, meets Thursdays from 7:40-8:30, and is directed by Sandy Martin.

Our ensembles play on 10-and-one-sixth octaves of Malmark handbells (two five-octave sets, plus 2 bells from the 6th octave), plus three-and-a-quarter octaves of Malmark Choirchimes®. For more information, contact Sandra Thompson.
